The University of Stellenbosch Business School Executive Development (Pty) Ltd is the private company within Stellenbosch University offering management and leadership development solutions for companies and individuals across Africa and beyond.

USB-ED is based in South Africa with offices in the Western Cape (Bellville), Gauteng (Sandton) and KwaZulu-Natal (Umhlanga), and USB-ED Botswana is based in Gaborone. Our short course programmes are presented in various countries across Africa.

Part-time Faculty Vacancies

As a result of growth in the demand for high quality executive development programmes offered by USB-ED, we are in a position to expand our pool of subject matter experts in various fields, such as economics, commercial negotiation etc.

USB-ED Faculty are responsible for:

  • High-level facilitation of management- and leadership-related programmes
  • Explore strategic concepts and integrative strategy

Minimum requirements:

  • Develop leadership thinking
  • Explore strategic concepts and integrative strategy
  • Evaluate new frameworks and tools to support sustainable business
  • Interpret the challenges of globalisation and its effect on business
  • Assess and report on the financial viability of organisations
