Having completed the USB-ED’s NMDP was definitely a life changing experience for myself. Firstly I am a much more confident individually and also learnt the art of effectively influencing people through the process of positive communication in the work place . it taught me the art of enhancing team communication thereby boosting the morale of my team members. Communication skills are important if we want to build relationships within and outside our organizations. It is one skill that not only helped me become successful in my professional life but also helps us in our personal life in dealing with people and understanding them, solving problems. As communication is not only speaking, but learning to listen as well.

The NMDP helped shape and guide my managerial and leadership skills. Personally, it added value to my communication, relationship building and emotional intelligence. Professionally, NMDP helped me to not only empower myself but my colleagues as well. It added value to my performance and critical thinking. What I realized during and after the programme was that the NMDP’s value is for a lifetime, regardless of the career a person chooses or the organization that they work in. I am excited about doing the MDP in the near future and encouraging others to do it as well
