Introduction

Advanced Project Management is a comprehensive course in project management skills required to lead projects at the advanced, strategic level in organisations. The course builds on the Project Management Foundations in Practice online short course.

The course considers the triad of leadership, strategic, and technical project management competencies advocated by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as the skill set required by project managers to move up to more strategic project management roles in the organisation and contribute on the level of strategic or senior leadership.

The course provides participants with the ability to determine and apply advanced strategic, technical, and leadership project management skills required to lead projects on a strategic level.

Who is this course for?

The course is targeted at established or experienced project managers who are upskilling themselves in order to lead projects at a strategic level.

Why choose this course?
