The Master Class in Innovation and Design Thinking, presented in association with the Institute for
Futures Research (IFR), focuses on applying problem solving methodology which systemically defines
complex problems; as well as on innovation that supports business strategy and implementation across
all areas of an organisation. Furthermore, it highlights to participants the importance of customer
centric design and collaborative thinking.
Executives, senior managers, business owners and
technical specialists who are responsible for solving
complex problems, or who are currently responsible, or
aspire to contributing to a strategic thinking process.
